How to check in the facility?

Check in within 10 minutes after the booking session starts. You will claim all bookings in the same reservation record (including any consecutive sessions) once you have checked in.

Group Room /
Multimedia Production Studio

Method #1 (via check-in reader)
Swipe your PolyU card on the check-in reader outside the reserved room/studio first, followed by two of your group members.
