FAQs

Library users may pay their library fines with any of the following payment methods:

1. Online payment by Credit Card
Login to myRecord, click “Pay” under the tab “Fine + fees” and follow the on-screen instructions to settle the fines. Details can be found here. 

*Google Chrome 65.X or above is recommended and pop-ups must be enabled on the browser
 

2. Octopus Card or Faster Payment System (FPS)
Pay by Octopus Card or FPS at the Service Counter on P/F of the Library.

3. Cheque
Send a crossed cheque made payable to “The Hong Kong Polytechnic University” to the address below. Write your name and NetID/ Library Card No. at the back of the cheque.
