Admission to the PolyU Library is mainly restricted to PolyU students and staff (with a valid Student/Staff ID Card).  However for overseas scholars with a genuine research needs to access information resources available only in the PolyU Library, they may write to the Library (via library.circulation@polyu.edu.hk) to apply for onsite access of the Library for a maximum of three days within a year, providing information about themselves, the unique information resources they need for their research, and the dates they would like to access.  Each case will evaluated on its own merit.
