What should I do if I encounter a “token expired” error or no facility booking information is shown despite signing in to the PolyU Library Mobile App?

The mobile app does not accept multiple logins. If you sign in to your account on another mobile phone, all existing login sessions will expire automatically and only the latest login session will be valid. If the login sessions expire, you will see a “token expired” error when checking your loan record and you will not be able to make any facility booking. Please sign out of the mobile app and sign in again.
If the problem persists, please update the PolyU Library mobile app to the latest version.
