I've registered for an account on DataCamp. After the subscription has expired, can I transfer my account to an individual subscription to keep using DataCamp without losing my progress?

You can contact support@datacamp.com to keep the progress of your existing DataCamp account. DataCamp will then help you to change your login from the existing PolyU one to your personal email.
