I've registered for an account on DataCamp but I am going to graduate this year. Can I transfer my account to an individual subscription to keep using DataCamp without losing my progress?

You can contact support@datacamp.com to keep the progress of your existing DataCamp account by subscription after you have graduated from PolyU. DataCamp will then help you to change your login from the existing PolyU one to your personal email.
