I'm not able to access DataCamp with my PolyU login, what can I do?

Make sure you sign in to DataCamp with the email address in the following format:
Student: StudentID@connect.polyu.hk
Staff: NetID@polyu.edu.hk

If you see an error message reading “Internal Server Error” or “Email has already been taken”, please make sure you are signing in from https://www.datacamp.com/users/sign_in
