Normally, any unused deposit will be refunded to your AlipayHK account upon completion. You may check the transaction record(s) via AlipayHK app -> Mine -> Transaction History.
If you see the “In progress” sign below, it means the refund process has been initiated and is still ongoing. Usually, the refund may take longer if your AlipayHK account is linked to a credit card.
If you still cannot receive the refund, please contact the Technical Support Desk (i-Space, 4/F) during counter hours, providing the screen capture of relevant transaction record(s) (AlipayHK app -> Mine -> Transaction History).
