You may apply renewal for your Graduate Library Card as early as one month before the current card expires. Please fill out the online application form at https://www.lib.polyu.edu.hk/e-forms/library-card/application/graduate. After receiving your completed online form, our staff will contact you via email to provide the payment instruction within 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) provided there is no outstanding loans/fines/bills in your other expired Library accounts (if any). After making the payment, please reply the email with the payment proof and a recent passport-type photo of you in JPG or PNG format. A pick-up notification will be sent to you via email within 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
