I have a requested item to be picked up in the Library, can I pick it up after the specified period?
You should pick up the item on or before the date specified in the email notification.
If the requested item has not been collected on or before the date specified in the email notification, it will be re-shelved the next day if no one is queueing for it. For book requested via HKALL, it will be sent back to the lending Library the next day after the date specified in the email notification.
