How do I check out a book via the PolyU Library Mobile App?

Prerequisite

If you are using an Android smartphone, please enable NFC before using this feature.

 

Checkout Procedures

  1. Click "Mobile Checkout" at the bottom of the mobile app.
  2. Click the "Start scanning" button.
  3. Place your phone's NFC sensor near the book tag. The due date will be displayed on your screen upon successful checkout.
  4. If you have more books to check out, select "Borrow next" to scan the next book. Otherwise, select "Close" to finish.
