Using the "JULAC Library Card" feature in the PolyU Library Mobile App, you may:

  • Apply for a new card;
  • Renew an expired card;
  • Report the loss of your current card;
  • Apply for a replacement for your lost card;
  • Check the current status of your card or application; and
  • Get the QR code for picking up your card at the JULAC Library Card Collection Station.
