Why can't I reserve the notebook even though some notebooks are still available?

Notebook reservation may be unavailable when:

  1. There are too few notebooks remaining at the kiosk. At least five Windows notebooks and five MacBooks are reserved for walk-in borrowing only; or
  2. It is within 1 hour before the Library closes.
