How can I cancel my notebook reservation?

You must use the PolyU Library Mobile App to cancel your notebook reservation.

 

Cancellation Procedures

  1. Click "My Account" on the mobile app.
  2. Select the "Notebook" tab.
  3. Click the grey "Cancel" button next to the reservation details.
  4. Choose "Yes" to confirm. The reservation will be removed from the screen.
