Here’s how to check whether a journal qualifies for APC waivers,

1. Identify the publisher of the journal (e.g. Wiley, Springer Nature, CUP).
2. Check the tables on the OA Publishing page to see if that publisher is listed. Also check if APC-waiver quotas remain for publishers with quota.
3.  Further check the details under the "Journals Coverage" column on whether your target journal is covered.
4. If the journal is not covered by the Library APC waivers, or if the quota has been used up, you may still publish OA by paying the APC yourself or publish your article under Green OA with your Final Accepted Manuscript via PIRA.
