I was asked to choose an import filter when I import a RIS file downloaded from OneSearch. What should I do?

Occasionally, EndNote may ask you to select an import filter when you import a RIS file. You may try the steps below to complete the import process.

  1. Type in "ris" in the quick search box and hit Enter.
  2. Select RefMan RIS.
  3. Click on Choose.
