I am a Mac user. My EndNote does not talk to my MS Word. What can I do?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Apple icon.
  2. Select System Preferences.
  3. Navigate to Security & Privacy.
  4. Switch to Privacy tab.
  5. Select Automation on the left.
  6. Check both boxes to make sure EndNote can talk to Microsoft Word, and vice versa.
